Maggie (see picture) doesn't seem to be fazed by her surroundings, and she had a great night last night. They have weaned her off the ventilator a bit. This morning it actually seemed like the transfer could happen this morning. However they have now changed their mind and want to do a few more tests before making that decision. On today's schedule are: an ultrasound of her head and an Echo. I should have a better idea in an hour or so of the plan, but since these tests were added between my leaving the hospital and Sue calling them 2 hours later, I am not sure if we will know much else after the doctors and nurses complete rounds. So we sit (somewhat impatiently) to see what is going to happen next.Monday, June 1, 2009
Update Day 16: And you wait and you wait and you wait and you wait
