And I got to do it again today.
On the Maggie front, her recent blood tests came back confirming an
infection, albeit not the NEC we were expecting. Maggie has now added
a fourth antibiotic to her daily cocktail called difoucan. She will
be on this for ten to fourteen days, and it should kill the
infection. We hope the testing for NEC will yield better results and
we hope they can rule out NEC in the next few days.
