So the radiologist saw what they think to be nematosis in Maggie's XRAY today. This is an indicator of what could be an infection called Necrotizing Endocolitis (NEC for short). The doctors have now prescribed a third antibiotic, clintomyicin. This is another proactive approach, and we hope to nip this infection in the bud. So Maggie will be on a 7 day course of antibiotics and monitored closely as NEC can worsen quickly.
In other news, Maggie's vitals have been great and she has been super active. Also Sue got to hold Maggie again today!!! Unbelievable, once again the workin' man has been held back.
Also a neurologist is going to examine Maggie this weekend to see how her right arm is doing.
Finally, I am not sure if we should allow any more aunt interaction after one of Maggie's aunts (and boyfriends) handwrote and illustrated a children's book. What's wrong with that you ask? The main protagonist is a degenerative gambler. To think the odds had the uncles as the bad influences.

Just to clarify said aunt situation, I had nothing to do with that book, however it may have been another sister who shall remain nameless. To make up for it I'm already working on my own book gift to the Magster - its based on a heroic firefighter named Tommy Gavin, from TV's Rescue Me. She's going to love it.
