recovery. Her BP has been low and her heart rate high, so they have
put her on phentonil. This is a mild narcotic and should help settle
her down. She is still on the ventilator. The recovery process can
take between 24 and 48 hours. The nurses are watching her closely
though.
Maggie has had her left eye open since getting back from surgery. I'm
not saying it has anything to do with the surgery, but if last time
you closed your eyes someone stuck a blade between your ribs, you'd
sleep with one eye open too.
