Maggie is doing great, I should have some fun pics later after I hit
the scanner at home.
Just wanted to send another thank you to everyone for all their help,
support and gifts that you have sent our way. You know Maggie is a
special girl when lifetime Yankee fans are heading to redsox.com to
make sure her initiation into Red Sox Nation begins now.
As Maggie gets older the NICU offers a Music Therapist. Not sure how
I feel about this, after all I am not sure Maggie's atuned musical ear
can go from WBCN and Classic Rock to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
Maybe the therapist will take requests? Pitbull anyone?
By the way, I'd have to say our nurses rock. Everytime we come to the
NICU they have a surprise for us, whether it's a picture or funny
anecdote. They threatened to not let us take Maggie home when she is
ready, I said that we would definitely drop her off if we ever needed
a babysitter. We are still negotiating the rate, and I have since
made a counter offer of 2 dozen cookies as payment. We are close to
an agreement.
