What's In A Name

So people may want to know how we chose our names for the boys. There was much debate as to what we would choose. We didn't finalize the names until we put our directional on to get into the hospital.

Now PJ's name was easy clearly, my ego is so big I named him after me, that or we really liked the name PJ. You decide. But how do we pick which one is going to be PJ? What will the other one think not being named after me (again ego)? Well, we really liked the name Sam, and if you didn't know Sam are Sue's initials. So PJ and Sam are named after both of us.

Now for Sam's middle name? Well, if you know me just a little bit, I am a big fan of Davids, (Ortiz, Givens etc) but one really has stood out, Dave Roberts. You may have heard of Dave Roberts, with the world watching he performed the most perfect theft in history, in the process slaying Yankees, demons and curses and saving a nation of lost souls. Sounds like a good guy to be named after, right? Sam was thisclose to being Dave Roberts Murray. The fact that PJ's middle name is Robert is mere coincidence, or icing on the cake.

So, PJ, Sam, welcome. Sam come home soon.
